Our pre-sale cleaning service is a detailed, room-by-room deep clean designed to present your property at its best possible condition before photography, open homes or private inspections. It includes the kitchen and all appliances (oven, cooktop, rangehood), bathrooms and powder rooms, living areas and bedrooms, internal windows and blinds, skirting boards, doors and light switches, and removal of all visible dust, marks and debris. Additional services such as steam carpet cleaning, exterior window cleaning and outdoor areas are available on request and will be quoted separately.

Our rate is $55 per hour, per professional (GST not included). For a typical 3–4 bedroom Melbourne property, most pre-sale cleans require 2 professionals for 4–6 hours. A regular clean maintains a home’s day-to-day cleanliness. A pre-sale clean is a comprehensive, once-off deep clean that covers every surface, fixture and appliance — including areas that are rarely touched in routine cleaning, such as oven interiors, rangehoods, grout, tracks, blinds and skirting boards. The goal is a property that looks, feels and photographs as close to brand new as possible.

Yes — working with agents, staging professionals and property managers is a core part of what we do. We’re experienced in coordinating around staging teams on-site, working within tight pre-shoot windows, and communicating directly with property owners when required. We can also set up preferred supplier arrangements for agencies who require regular pre-sale cleaning across multiple listings.
Steam carpet cleaning, exterior window cleaning and outdoor/alfresco areas are available as add-ons and will be included in your written proposal if requested. Just let us know when you submit your enquiry.
Yes. We issue compliant tax invoices (ABN included) for every job — formatted for easy submission to clients, principals or your accounts team. We can also address invoices to the agency directly if required.
Yes. All of our cleaning professionals are fully trained, police-checked and covered by public liability insurance. We take discretion seriously: our team members are briefed on the professional context of every pre-sale job and understand the importance of working quietly and efficiently around other trades, stylists and photographers.
